March 14, 2022. –The Foundation's strategic business development planning includes the management of special projects, those that the Foundation will implement and those for which it will provide financial support.

 

Aware of the process to be established with regard to project management, the Foundation has appointed a resource specialized in the subject who has taken charge, since October 2021, of the organizational structure of this sector of activity with the aim of identify priority actions and establish a strategic timetable, as defined in the action plan.

Currently, the implementation schedule is being finalized and provides a glimpse of a structured alignment of the proper functioning of the conceptualization of the project approval process.

 

Among the tasks to be carried out by the project manager are those of overseeing all the activities aimed at organizing the smooth running of projects, of coordinating all the actors concerned and of carrying out the appropriate follow-ups, in order to bring the projects to a successful conclusion and achieve the targeted objectives in time and place.

 

The project manager can count on the collaboration of the business development advisor already in place, who is authorized to examine the areas of activity, marketing, feasibility (in the current economic context), predictability, profitability and sustainability, not only for the projects developed by the Foundation but for all projects aimed at the general interest.

 

All the steps surrounding project management are based on a project presentation process, previously established by the Foundation, which sets out in a guide designed for this purpose the requirements and conditions that must be met in order for all projects submitted for analysis.
